This quilt represents Native Americans; along with the power, harshness, and beauty of nature. While living in Alaska, one of the things that caught my attention was the indigenous peoples. I admire the Alaskan natives for their willpower and resourcefulness to survive and thrive for hundreds of years in such a harsh environment. The respect and love for their land truly shows their love of nature. Based on the work of an unknown artist.
